Community Solutions: Creative Approaches for Engaging Customers
In 2019 National Grid launched Community Solutions to better engage customers at the community level. The goal is better, streamlined delivery of all programs (EE, DR, EV, etc). Community is defined broadly as any group of customers that want to work together and with us on achieving mutual clean energy goals. This includes municipalities, industrial parks and industry groups. Leveraging the local knowledge, connections and communications channels helps National Grid effectively reach customers with energy efficiency information regardless of size or sector.
