Operational Risk Mitigation in the Built Environment
This intent of this presentation is to understand operational strategy for operating HVAC systems in pandemic mode. Remedial and cost-effective options for removing the virus from the air stream in effort to make buildings safe to occupy again will be reviewed. Understanding how fault diagnostics applies to modified HVAC operations will be reviewed along with applying risk mitigation measures to gain higher energy efficiency during pandemic times.
